After a request is submitted and duly advertised for public hearing, the Clemmons Planning Board will hear the request and make a recommendation to the Village Council. Then the Village Council will also hold a public hearing on your request and make a final decision. The whole process generally takes 6 to 8 weeks after your application is submitted.
