Development Public Hearings

The Village of Clemmons Council holds public hearings to receive input from citizens on a variety of topics. Some public hearings are required by law. Some are scheduled because the Council wants or needs insight from the community.

Public hearings regarding development and land-use regulation are listed below.

Regular meetings of the Village Council are typically held at 6 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month in the Council Chambers of Village Hall.

Planning Board meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month in Council Chambers.

Rules for public hearings can be found here.

Any person wishing to address Village Council and/or Planning Board during the general public comment period may physically sign up in person at the meeting. If you are unable to attend and speak during the meeting, you may use this form to submit a digital public comment. These submissions are not intended to be discussed at the meetings. It is not necessary to pre-submit digital comments in addition to comments made during the meeting.
