Clemmons has sporting opportunities for just about anyone. Like to head out on your bike and hit some high jumps? The BMX track inside Tanglewood Park could be what you're looking for. Want to enjoy a game of baseball? Take in a Winston-Salem Dash minor league game. The whole family will love it. Little league teams play at the Southwest Athletics Complex on eight active fields. Soccer is played at the BB&T Sports Park, located just across the Yadkin River. Football gets it's time in the sun, too, with the Forsyth Broncos, a division of the Piedmont Youth Football League. Come on out and have some fun with the local sporting scene.

BMX
Get ready to fly high on the BMX track at Tanglewood Park. The nearly quarter-mile downhill track has fast straight-aways, paved banked turns and multiple mounds for catching air.

Dash
If minor league baseball is your thing, take in a Winston-Salem Dash game. The Dash is the Class-A Advanced farm team for the Chicago White Sox. Watch the boys of summer play at the BB&T Ballpark in nearby Winston-Salem and cheer the team on with Bolt, the team mascot.

Forsyth Broncos
Come enjoy some youth football on the gridiron by watching the Forsyth County Broncos. The Broncos practice and play at Clemmons Elementary School and are a division of the Piedmont Youth Football League, Atlantic Region. Participants are area youth age five to 15.

JDL Fast Track
JDL Fast Track is quickly becoming one of the premier indoor track and field facilities in the southeast. The dedicated indoor track and field facility, which opened in January 2012, houses a 200-meter oval track with a Mondotrack FTX surface, the same surface that was used at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Field event areas include two pole vault runways, two long/triple jump runways, one high jump apron and one throws area.

The Jerry Long Family YMCA is a cornerstone of the Clemmons-Lewisville community. Committed to youth development through a wide range of sports, aquatic, after school and summer camp programs, the YMCA also provides a comprehensive Wellness Center, group exercise classes, Personal Training, and three uFit sessions at no cost for new members.

Plenty of family fun to be had watching little league baseball in Clemmons. Head over to the Southwest Athletics Complex to get your fill. This facility is comprised of two properties totaling over 17 acres.
