Boards and Commissions Application
To apply for a position on any board please complete the following:
1) To print the application click here: APPLICATION
2) Fill out the printed application.
3) Mail the application to: Village of Clemmons, PO Box 1710, Clemmons NC 27012
OR
1) Using IE: Right-Click on this link and Save Target As... to download a copy of the application in MS Word 2000 format or Click on this link to load it into your IE browser to be edited by MS Word.
2) Open and fillout the application
3) Use the Save As... function to save the application to file.
4) Email the file as an attachment to: clerk@clemmons.org |
