Limbs must be at roadside on Monday morning by 7:00 A.M. on the scheduled week of pickup. If limbs are put out after that time and the pickup has already been made on your street, you will have to wait until the next scheduled pickup for them to be removed.
-
Limbs should be stacked in one pile with the large end toward the edge of the street, not randomly pitched.
-
Only green or fresh cut limbs can be picked up. Rotten wood will not process through the chipper.
-
No pickup can be made of yard waste, garden waste, raked up waste, flowers or any items that will not go through the chipper. Hedge trimmings can be accepted if they are placed on top of the limb pile.
-
Limbs shorter than 3 feet or more than 5 inches in diameter cannot be picked up.
-
Only piles of brush, not twig piles, can be picked up.
-
Any foreign objects such as rocks, metal, lumber, etc. will contaminate pile and will keep pile from being picked up.

Building materials cannot be picked up.
-
This service is for limb removal only. Taking away entire trees is not covered.
-
Multiple family dwellings/apartments must pay fees according to quantities.
-
There is no daily pickup schedule guarantee.
